Always a good experience. My husband and I have been here on several occasions, and every time has been great. The food is always delicious. The service is good as well. Definitely will be back many more times. By far one the few places that I have t had any issues with. If your in the Columbia area Ruth Chris is definitely a place where you should have dinner.
I was hesitant looking at the menu prior to dinning. The wait was a little lengthy although we rescheduled our time three times it was every bit worth the wait. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our server wonderful. Our food beautifully arranged and platted; very delicious, I had to boxed; my meal, but it was still very delicious the next day!
It was our first time dining here. It was my husband and I wedding anniversary. Our waiter was polite and attentive.The decor was okay.The food was delicious & the alcohol spirits was mixed very well. You will spend at least $200 or more guarantee. Overall experience was a great one. I recommend Ruth Chris.
I just did a call in order on last night. I order a T-bone steak WELL DONE, but this what I received. I tried to call back but they were close. I called back today, just to hear they don’t do refunds on call in orders , I told them I didn’t want a refund just wanted my steak replace. So the same thing apply we can’t replace it either on a call in order. I enjoy eating at this place. But the customer should always be right especially when my order wasn’t right from the start. I definitely won’t be giving them anymore of my services. Then my bill was $234 for everything which wasn’t a problem with me at all. Just to hear no we sorry can’t replace anything. I’m very disappointed.
