I purchased a Groupon for this establishment. I called at 1:15 to ask questions. I was told for the deal I purchased an appointment was not needed, I could come by anytime. Great! I let the lady know on the phone that I was 5 mins from there and I would head that way, "see you soon". I arrived at 1:30 to locked doors. I knocked and a very clueless guy came to the door and said they were closed. I explained I had just called and he said "we just closed". How unprofessional! Thankfully I can get refunded.
I’m excited for my journey with them. One of the staff member seem pretty nice I just wish they would be a little bit more professional and tell me what is the best for me as far as what they recommend in a professional novel and not leave everything up to me that’s why I’m seeking help from a professional so they can send me a success but we’ll see how it goes.
I’m very excited to try this program. My friend has told me great things about the results she got. I’m hope to have the same results. :)
