My mother and daughter went in to get haircuts (walk in), which they said they took. There were only 2 people ahead of us. However, for the 30 minutes or more we waited the staff only waited on call ins after telling us one of them would be next. No one told us that we had "x" amount of people ahead or even a wait time. On top of that, one of the girls working there literally told a customer she could not assist him because it was her lunch break! If you are going to only take call ins then don't tell potential customers walk INS are welcome. Won't be going there or any other Great Clips!
Great clips always gets me looking my best!! Great staff that never disappoints. Clean and stocked showroom, and I love their attention to social distancing!!! If I could give them more stars, I would!!
Great Clips on Knox Abbott drive in Cayce was Great. I walked in and was greeted right away by a young lady named Logan. She took all my information and let me know I would be taken care of in a couple minutes. In two minutes I was getting a trim by Logan. In 15 minutes I was thanking her for a great trim and heading out the door. Thanks Logan. Great job.
