Being able to workout whenever you feel like it is a great advantage. Wide variety of equipment and perfect for any fitness level. Staff is very professional and eager to assist members.
Some of the equipment is a bit on the old side, but the gym itself is a good size and has a wide variety of equipment. Clean and employees are respectful and do not bother the patrons which is always a plus. The bathroom is small with only one toilet and shower, but since the gym isn't usually crowded, this is not generally a problem, but could pose a problem if there is a crowd, especially as COVID restrictions go back down and more people start venturing out.
Due to Covid, I was unable to continue my monthly payments and requested my account be temporarily frozen. I was told I could freeze my account up to 6 months. 3 months later, they unfroze my account, attempted to charge my card (which had been updated by my bank), which didn't go thru, so they charged me NSF fee's in addition to the remainder of my contract balance and immediately sent me to collections. I never receive a singer call or email from them! If you want to deal with lies and a small gym.... be my guest, just know they'll send you collections without speaking to you in advance.
