Just moved to the area and I was happy to see Crunch in the neighborhood. Only been a member for a week but staff friendly and readily available. Gym is clean with lots of space. Has ALL the equipment you could ever ask for. Members all seem friendly and focused on their workout not yours. Highly recommend ..
I have tried to cancel my contract for the last 9 months. First I called and told the center that I did not wish to renew after my initial contract was over. I was then told after noticing that another month dues was taken out that you have to send the cancellation in writing. I did that as well. Now I see that another months dues was taken out. Do I have to report this company to the better business bureau just to stop you from sneaking money out of my account? I do not wish to continue your services!
staff is nice, they're not pushy when offering packages, which is huge. the gym is clean, and well organized. the equipment was well thought out, (they have multiple bench presses and power racks.). This is one of the best gyms in the area, and definitely the best in Irmo!
