My experience with Dr. Patel was the greatest!! I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but she made me feel relaxed and calm. She was very thorough with my exam and what I need to get done. I have no anxiety going back for my procedure. I’m excited to find an amazing dentist!! I am recommending her to everyone.
I had the most excellent experience at this dentist office. The entire team here is superior!! Dr. Schultz was a delight to talk and was very thorough with my exam. Most people are afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Schutz and her assistant were very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this office for your dental needs big or small.
In fairness, I cannot tell you anything beyond my experience before ever seeing a dentist. I was a new patient. I scheduled an appointment by taking the time given to me by the staff. I showed up on time, paperwork complete, and in a waiting room with 6 other patients. The desk staff came back from lunch at about 10 minutes after and checked us in, one by one. All of us had a 1pm appointment. At 1:40, when I decided to leave, another man and I were still waiting in the lobby for our 1pm appointment slot. While I had high hopes for a positive experience, I find scheduling 6 people for one appointment time, followed by my being told at 1:40 that I should be seen within the next 15-30 minutes unprofessional and disrespectful. I realize all were not scheduled for the same doctor. Some may have had teeth cleaning, etal., but clearly at least one other person was also scheduled for the same doctor I was scheduled to see. I would have been happy to wait an additional few days, indicated no rush upon scheduling, and took the time assigned without requesting another slot. I cannot begin a process with a business that up front demonstrates to me that their time is more valuable than mine (or yours).
Timely, friendly, very clean. My DH is the best: cautious, patient, thorough and attentive. We moved here 18 months ago. I tried a dentist in Soda City and I was disappointed. I found RB Smiles quite by accident and I’m glad I did. Patient for life.
I have spent A LOT of time in a dental chair in my life. Today was by far the best experience ever. The state of the art equipment made getting a crown so much easier and faster than I have ever experienced. All the staff have been amazing during my visits! Dr. Schutz is very gentle! Thanks for a job well done and exceeded any dental visit I have ever had!
