New patient here and staff was super friendly and helpful. They did a great job of a full exam and basic clean. The doctor answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out but didn’t feel rushed. I also thought the price was reasonable.
I had a great experience coming here. The office staff is great and the operations manager Jaresha made dealing with insurance and future appointments less stressful! Dr. Singh took his time and had no issue explaining anything he was doing. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care!
Dr. Lien is the best! He does beautiful work and is so consider of your comfort as well. His staff is always considerate and helpful and they create a very pleasant environment. They all contribute to taking the dread out of going to the dentist.
This dentist office is horribly and I will never go again. They are not professional at all and did not explain the TOTAL price for services being done! Next time fully explain to your customers the full amount of a service and not come back 6 mths later with "Oh you only paid for part of your service (thousands of $) and now you have to pay additional to complete the process." Be upfront with your customers! Will be contacting the BBB with my complaint.
