Dr. Alli has done my routine checkups and has done a great job explaining differences in dental opinions and explaining some better dental care options. The staff is very nice and do a wonderful job of welcoming and handling my general questions. I haven't had any billing issues and their front of house staff stay on it. Would recommend them if you're looking for a no problems dentist office!
This is the worst dentist office we have ever visited. We explained our child's situation in detail on the phone, so they scheduled a super early emergency appointment to extract the tooth. After driving an hour leaving our house at dawn, we were told by the front desk that he would have to see the oral surgeon and their oral surgeon doesn't see anyone under 14. Even though we made an emergency appointment, they wouldn't even perform an exam to see what was going on. The front desk made the decision. Just don't go here. Incompetence reigns supreme in this office. I would give zero stars, if possible.
Incredibly friendly and compassionate staff, affordable pricing, and a clean modern environment. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past that have left me reluctant to seek out regular care, but I’m so happy and relieved to have found a new dental “home” here! Definitely will be back.
This should really be three 5 star reviews in one (a review for each part of their team)! I had an emergency tooth situation on a Thursday. Not only did they work me in for the initial visit, but they were very comforting and gentle in midst of my severe pain. The receptionist worked to get me in during a full schedule on a Friday and clearly explained costs. The first dentist quickly and carefully identified my problem. They then they were able to get me for an in-house root canal (which not many dentist offices offer, let alone last minute on a Friday, during a pandemic). The root canal dentist preformed the operation quickly and without error. This office's ability to do a root canal and crown on such short notice and to to both actions in the same day amazes me. I highly recommend. Note: to those reviews saying wait times were not ideal, please consider how amazing these doctors are for not turning away emergency situations. In my case, I would not have made it through the weekend without and emergency room visit. You can tell the staff has a big heart here and that they go above and beyond for their customers.
