GREAT STAFF and GREAT DENTIST! I was very concerned that I may have had an infection in my gum or a problem with a molar, but I didn’t have a dentist. I needed help right away, and Dr. Smith’s staff was very kind and understanding and got me in to see her quickly. Dr. Smith was very thorough in her examination and very informative. She’s also a very amiable person who set my mind at ease right away. I highly recommend her.
Awesome experience every time I visit or call. Doc, hygienist, assistants, and staff are amazing and make you feel welcomed every time. Everybody knows you by name...you are not just a patient to them. Front desk girls are amazing and very knowledgeable eager to help you while waiting or scheduling. Never had a bad experience in all the years I have been coming to this office! Family environment!
So friendly and welcoming. From checking in at the front desk to cleaning my teeth and explaining all of the options and charges for procedures I’m having done, every single person in this office is smiling, kind, and genuine. You feel like they are truly happy to see you and look forward to seeing you again soon. Going to the dentist has always been one of my least favorite things to do, until I started going to Cayce Family Dentistry!
