Superb! We sat at the bar because we didn’t have reservations...glad we did! Had lovely conversations with regulars and team. The food...oh my! If you are a foodie you will appreciate the chef’s flavor combinations in the dishes. Also, if you are a wino like me, you will appreciate the selection and knowledge of staff in offering wines that compliment the dishes. Highly recommended...and sit at the bar...it’s more fun! ;-)
I took my husband to Tera’s tonight for his birthday. We asked about the Chardonnay from South Africa because we had never had this wine. I asked for a small taste and the waitress said “We don’t do that.” I’ve never been to a restaurant that said that. She brought the Chardonnay and it was the smallest pour of any restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered the soft shell crab and that was the smallest crab I have ever seen. It looked like something someone would have in a terrarium. If there had been two, that would have been better, but I don’t think they were even the legal size to catch. Before we went I told them it was my husband’s birthday, the lady brought the check and I said”did you know it was his birthday,”. She said yes but we don’t do birthday deserts. We experienced a lot of “we don’t do that” tonight. My husband had a delicious swordfish, on a positive note.
Food was great. Valet was great. Shelby the server was not. Unfortunately after our initial order we saw her two more times. We were never offered the opportunity to order additional drinks even though we observed her at the table next to us and it took 10-15 minutes to close the tab.
Pizza and pinot on Wednesdays! Such a great place!! The staff are very nice! The cheeseburger pizza is super delicious! Our Last visit we are 15min early for our reservations. Then we still had to wait 30 minutes past our time... but still this is our new date night spot.. the back patio is really nice and the place to sit to enjoy your food!
