This is now my favorite restaurant in Columbia! I’ve never been somewhere with a more pleasant, friendly staff. The drinks are amazing. We had the four course dinner for 2 and loved every minute of it. The duck and the salmon were our favorites, both very tender and full of nice flavors. The whole experience takes about 2 hours, but even if you only have time for a dessert fondue pot I highly recommend it. They go out of their way to make your occasion special. I couldn’t even think of a complaint to make about this place. Make sure you make a reservation and come very hungry.
I've always hears good things about this chain but wasn't sure it was worth the price. And it's a chain. But wow! Atmosphere was great. You are never close to another table, so you don't have to over hear anything or worry about anyone over hearing you. It's clean and the staff was great! Was checked on by a manager and I love that! We got the top of the line everything and eat a FULL 4 course meal that stuffed us into the next day. 2ppl plus 20% tip 121$ 2 hours of pure delight. We will be back, often.
It's an experience and it is what you make it. You are paying to cook your own food, but it's fun and interactive. 4 people will set you back almost $250 for the whole experience though so I just can't give it 5 stars. We had a great time and food was good but the price tag is prohibitive to do. With the proper expectations and group, it's a fun time.
My fiancé and I went here for our 4 year anniversary. They definitely did everything I asked In Preparing for our night. The waitress we had was very knowledge regarding the menu. We have heard many wonderful things regarding the-melting Pot. The experience is well worth it, the negative we would have to say is the amount of food you get. We spent around $200 and honestly thought we would have more than we did. The meats are amazing and the sauces were outstanding. Just preparing others regarding the amount you spend and the amount of food you get.
Hands down the best restaurant I've been to lately! Amazing service. Food was delicious! And they were thoughtful enough to put a birthday card from the staff on the table for my husband. This is absolutely one of those places that teach you that you truly get what you pay for!! Will definitely be going back as often as I can!
